  This place is a rip off i would rather live in my car. We moved here in September 2014 and it took the maintenance man 4 or 5 trips to get the AC to work. The electric bill was high our entire stay here $180 or more from October to April. In May i got a$325 bill so i called the electric company and they came out and check it again and i was told the Ac unit is using 3 or 4 times more energy than what it should. I went to the rental office and they told we are having that problem in several units. I was told to bring a copy of the electric bill and they would work with me. June and July go by the electric bill is still going up and the only help im getting from the property manager and crew is were sorry. Sorry is not paying the $335 electric bill for June or the $340 bill for July. In August they tell me that they can not do anything for me because i am moving out at the end of my lease. The August and September bills were 332 and 307. The first property manager told me when i moved in the electric bill is around a $100 which was a lie. I would've never moved here if i knew this. Now they are admitting that there ac units are not energy efficient but they are not informing people before they move in. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Im not saying all of the units are like the one i stayed in but i would not move in to one knowing what i went through for a year.
