  I rented from cedar ridge for a year which happened to be the longest year of my life. There was the mold issue that no one ever seemed to address, when I said something about it I was told o "clean it".. It continued to come back. The cameras they say are on property are only at the office, as someone ransacked every vehicle they could get into and threw the belongings all over the parking lot, we were told to "call the police".. What will that really do if there is no way to tell who did it? The kids oneof which shot my daughter in the leg with a bb gun and one set the bushes at the fence next to hs on fire and had fire department put it out. The dripping in the furnace/ac unit that continued and they claimed to fix every week and never eased to amaze me that late at night... It would start leaking from top apartment again. I stayed there just long enough to finish my lease, clean, and was gone.. Now, a year later, I see they changed me a months rent and never notified me or even tried to contact me, yet managed to put it on my credit report! Not only will I be calling the main office, but I will let every one know what a bad choice of housing this is. I'm not sure if it is the entire rental company and how they run things, or this particular location. But I will definitely find out.
