  Amazing property under great leadership! We've enjoyed living at Loray for the last few months. The property is kept up beautifully with a team of individuals that show great pride in their work. The amenities are amazing and include: a world class gym, resort style pool that is fully loaded with outdoor kitchens and very clean restrooms, summer activities, valet trash and dry cleaning, and coming soon, a pub! I appreciate what the Loray Mill team has done to energize the surrounding community and the contributions will last for many years! A huge thanks to the Property Manager, Frances, for her hard work and for keeping such a huge community together!

  I just moved in a few weeks ago. I have found the maintenance staff and office staff to be very prompt in addressing issues. I love the apartment and the amenities offered, but a few things I am having a problem with: 1. The number of non-residents and children at the pool. When I have gone down there the pool is full of children that don't live there. And families using it as a little oasis,. Great your sister lives there and she is out of town a lot but that doesn't mean you your wife and 4 kids should come camp out and invite another family to join you. Or join the gym and bring 6 people to the pool with you. 2. Parking- Again I believe a lot of spots are being used by people other than residents. I am lugging my groceries and other items from across the street. Its ridiculous. 3. I love dogs but I don't want to smell them I do hope that management comes up with a solution to the parking problem and do something about the nonresidents using facilities.

  I have only been living at Loray Mills for about 5 months, love my apartment however there has to be a solution for parking. We the residents should not have to park so far from the building.. we pay rent!! When having conversations with other residents they feel the same and have complained. However it appears that management is doing NOTHING .. now that the new restaurant is opening I believe parking will get worst . We the residents need assigned parking. I will be escalating my complaint.
